Anthony had one of his music days today and found this song for me. He said the words were really apt for the struggle which many supporters of those with PTSD have.

Those are beautiful lyrics and very, very apt! It's a strange old tune when you actually listen to it though... I wonder who or what they was thinking about when they wrote it? I'm a big believer in music to help my moods - there are a few lyrics that I have quoted in my diary - this is from a Dixie Chicks song (apologies for my taste in music!)
