Haha, so am I but in the UK it has a different meaning:roflmao: I shouldn't drink at lunchtime, but it was such a nice relaxing girlie lunch.

I would use more of a phrase, or phrases... "stronger than my disorder", and "stronger than my abusers". Telling myself those two things reminds me that despite what happened, I pushed myself beyond my goals and they can't take that away from me. Nothing can. :)
