Sorry that you understand how I feel. Meaning I know what you and your husband is going thru.
It has taken many years for me to even understand that what he was doing was abuse.
I have been no contact with him for a few months now. Working on me.

Please know my heart knows what your heart is feeling. As hard as it is..
They leave us with few choices and no contact is the only way to have any peace.
I'm sad for all of us. Our sons included.
