After Therapy

I need to know what kind of response I'm having. Usually I'm just a bit zoned out, so need to take extra care walking, crossing roads and the like. If that is the case then the journey home is enough to allow me to sidle back to reality. A few marshmallows of grapes bought in advance help.

Sometimes, though, I'm in full self loathing, self destruct mode, and then I need a plan. Which I realise I don't have. Thanks for asking the question and making me realise that.
