I've recently come to terms with the fact I am abusive. More abusive than I want to be... I do...

Does your partner know how you feel or how his comments make you feel. Sometimes stress etc can lead to hurtful comments that he might regret later and it's hard for a non-sufferer to put themselves in your shoes. I have been in the shoes of non where you brush off an argument ready to get back to love and she's run away for days or a week. Hard to cope with. Get outside help to help to heal from your past or you may lose a good man (if he's good).
