Part of me thinks that I should just call a doctor if I'm even questioning this. Then the other part of me feels silly.
I have had a rough few days. I started taking gabapentin a few weeks ago. I love it so I don't think it's a med issue. I just need advice.
Since Sat I have had extra anxiety and I don't know why. Sunday I just sat for most of the day. I seriously mean I just sat there, like a lump, I didn't even get up to feed myself.
Yesterday I had sensations that I was being touched but I wasn't. For example felt like something hit my foot while I was driving. These were hard sensations not a light tickle. Also I was the phone with my sister and kept thinking she was talking when she wasn't.
Thay comes to today. These things have been less but I've been hearing train whistles. Also, twice in the last hour I've heard someone hang on the door hard enough for the door to jump. There is no one there.
I have an appointment with my psychiatrist next week. So people, would you wait for the appointment or does it sound like I'm finally snapping?
