Relationship Am I Losing My Mind?

Thank you all so much for talking to me, I was so lost and I still am,but it helps to have support. He recently said some very hurtful things to me, that I did not deserve and told me he loves me and my boys but he's not in love with me and no longer wants a relationship with me. I have moved out, and he told me I didn't have to go so fast, and he still calls my sons and texts them telling them that he loves them. He insists he doesn't want a relationship with me,but will not leave me and my sons alone to move on. Its not very fair,because he knows we love him,and he now seems to be trying to get with any girl that gives him attention,but tells me he's not ready to move into another relationship because he needs to work on himself. I don't know where things went wrong, I did everything to support him and take care of him. I am so heart broken and it doesn't help that he lives 5 houses down from me. :(
