Bonjour Tigrou, I wish I was close, even our times online are opposite thanks to time differences.
You need to try and stay strong. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Look around you, there is goodness and light out there. Do you have animals? My dogs are fantastic at lifting my spirits.
Set yourself a small goal each day, tell me what it is and how you feel when you achieve it. It can be as basic as a shower and dressing. Pamper yourself, you deserve nice smelling moistouriser.
Do grounding exercises, get your T to go over these with you
Most important DON'T GIVE UP.

What an awful day!!!
How disappointing to hear the acupuncturist say he couldn't help you!
It hurts, and hurts bad...

I have had things like this happen to me, and it's crushing...
Something always comes, though, to help.
I hope that happens for you, very soon!

When I was discouraged, and hurt so much I wanted to just die... and one thing after another didn't work, or made me worse... all of a sudden doors opened, and people who could help me came into my life.
It seemed as if I had to give up something I had hoped in, first... and then I would be surprised with exactly what I needed.
But the loss, anger, grief, frustration, agony was there, too...

I hear your intense distress, and wish I could be with you, hold you, bring you something soothing...
I love KP's suggestions on pampering yourself and being with your animals... and most especially (and I will echo her beautiful words): DON"T GIVE UP!
