She moved and I was able to see some eggs that she is still brooding on. I do not know, but I thought that I heard some baby peeping.

By now it's petty safe to say that egg #4 didn't come out.
She's given up on it for the best of reasons, too - gal's got her wings full with the three featherbutts that hatched last weekend. :)
Dad's bringing plenty of food, so there's always a chance to catch a feeding pretty much at any time during the day or night.
Positive side-effect: Free lesson in rodent-anatomy as Mom still has to disassemble their meals quite thoroughly. ;)

Dad just dropped off another snack and woke up the kids. She'll have to give in and feed them shortly, most likely. :p

If she really won't cooperate with your viewing opportunities, though, @gizmo, there's always the best-of videos posted to the right of the streaming window. Those usually show really interesting moments in the life of the Littles and the latest one shows a feeding. :)

The mother is gone and I got to see three chicks and wow are they fluffy! This is so awesome.

Wow, thank you so much for this, Owl. Good for Mamma Owl for chasing that dove out of her nest! I love doves, but, really, it is so not cool to squat in another's nest.

For two days I have not been able to watch the owls because of problems with the camera.

Yeah, the cams tend to go offline a fair bit with the weather situation being what it is, but they're back for now. :)

The little ones are starting to look decidedly less fluffy and more owl-y. They've started stumbling around the box and are currently waiting by the door for either parent to return with food. It seems they don't even let Mom or Dad back into the box right now, just gobble down whatever is passed through the entryway.

...or, ya know, one of them.
The constantly-hungry one.

There also is the one forever checking out the details of the walls/floor (haven't yet decided whether he's pondering a home reno or looking for an escape route) and the one who's off snoozing any chance he gets. Personalities are showing and I'm enjoying this part a lot. :)
