Antagonism On This Board

I want to state that my screen name on this board is @shimmerz. I am here to be supportive. I am here to be encouraging. I will not put up with people harassing me even after I have apologized for a mistake that was made out of innocence. I will not be tarred and feathered in the village square for others amusement.

I get that many are in 'moods' or have had bad days but hear me say this very clearly. I will not put up with being attacked as I have had enough of that in my life. An opinion is an opinion but it can be put across nicely. Kindly and with compassion.

Remember my name as I will not put up with being bullied. I deserve respect just as you all do. My understanding is that this is meant to be a support network. Can we please adhere to this? Are we not all damaged enough without continuing the cycle? Please be careful with your words as they can cut like a knife.

I read the thread and did not see anything that equated to harassment, or tar and feathering. It was an old thread, where someone asked if they were using someone, they received several "yes" responses. The end.

Probably because of your reply to post #17 of the Using People thread: "No but attitude is clear in this posting. No need to continue with this. As you said - 'Total waste of time'. I have no interest in the attitude put across here. If you notice my other threads I try to be supportive and kind to others. This is not the tone I have received here. So let's stop this NOW."

But then you started this thread and went to the help desk.

For the record, I'd like to know who you think is harassing you as neither Philippa or I have communicated before this afternoon after you initiated this thread.

Also apparently my error as I thought there was a post in the help desk area. Blippy brain I guess. But I will say I have known and followed Mark for a couple years and addressed him, not some third party. As he is also a co-occurring behaviors, like myself... I expect he would respect my reply. I don't reply for "general consumption".

Wow, seems like I am being jammed here. Vent away. I have no interest and you are just proving my point. You are on my ignore list as I choose not to be a part of it. I am simply stating that I will not be attacked and you are just making my case stronger by continuing when I have asked you to stop. I will not discuss this again. As I said, it may not even be about you. I have posted a lot in the past two weeks. Have a great day each of you.
