Anxiety Over 9/11 News Reports

Is anybody else having problems with the 09/11 reports. I can feel the anxiety welling up in my chest when I watch. I choose not to but it's hard to avoid.

We had a couple of cops shot over in West Memphis and of course there are dashcam videos. The local news flashes video often as a bumper and it tears me up pretty bad. I see the video and I jump to my feet to help .......only to feel completely useless.

Yes. I'm staying far away from as much of it as I can.

I am avoiding it like the plague, personally. I have blocked all my friends on Facebook who can't stop posting videos. I can't handle it, I won't lie.

Well of course the contents of the news reports are rather disturbing to hear over and over again. Its also how the news does things... they pick the worst things the run with them over and over and over again.
