I struggle with being anxious every day, and I feel nauseous a lot. I generally have a feeling of everything being threatening and scary. It took me a while to realize that everyone doesn't feel like this every day! That's good because it's awful. I don't really have fun because I'm so uptight all the time. I'm really trying to view things differently, but it's hard to re-train the way you think when you've been that way since you were little.
Does anyone else have similar feelings? What have you done to relax and allow yourself to enjoy things? :)
