I have a mask and I can get ear plugs. I had ear plugs before but I could not hear my alarm haha but it is worth it for now.

New bed, melatonin, ear plugs, mask, eat dinner earlier.....check.

Gonna go try this stuff. Thanks again you guys!

Hey everybody! So the first couple of nights were rough but...

The verdict is : Drum rolllllll plllleeeaasseee! Melatonin, eating dinner earlier, ear plugs, the noise of a fan and snore strips for hubby did it!

The melatonin really regulated my sleep. I can't believe it lol Getting a new mattress soon yay! Thanks everyone for the tips. :)

Hi there, I came accross a solution while working with my daughter, she has horrible sleep problems (including anxiety, and depression). This made a dramatic change almost immediately. We have learned that a certain type of B vitimin can be very helpful with all these problems. Look for Methyl b12 (not Cyano B12), Methyl folate (not folic acid), and p5p (a form of b6) . We used a fairly large dose of each daily. My daughters sleep returned to a normal pattern within a week and continues to improve. She also use a long lasting Melatonin and 5000 units of D3. She claims she has not slept this well in 10 years. Please let me know if it helps.
