I've had "bad" therapists, but I honestly think that all of you who have given up should keep looking, cos it'd be so worth it when you find someone you click with. You don't really have much to lose, just see people once and go with your instincts, if you don't like them in the first couple of sessions you never have to go back again. But if you spend years thinking it'll never help or you'll never find a good one then you are stuck at where you are forever.
