"are You Being Coy With Me?"

In my opinion, if you've questioned things this much It might be time to try another T. Being with a T. that you don't trust can cause more harm than good.

When you're with the right T, you won't have to focus on reminding them of important traumas, being judged or questioning their sincerity etc...

You deserve a T. that is invested in your well-being and understanding YOU! It can make all the difference in the world.

Also, you always have the right to change your mind.

it be at there level yet not negative.

I'm a bit baffled by the idea of coy having a negative connotation, or needing a certain age to use it, at all. Maybe it's like the word "moist"? Some people have this really negative reaction to it? IDK. Withholding things in a playful manner just doesn't trip any of my alarm bells. But having there just be a straight up disconnect between myself & someone else? That's a familiar one.

I guess this "coy" experience was just the one that made me finally question if she's the right T for me. Especially since the last 2 that I mentioned could be major triggers for someone with major abandonment issues. I actually am pretty impressed that I was able to handle them so well

This sounds like the bottom line, right here. She's hit a few major triggers for you, and then on top of that is both reading you wrong, and then her way of adjusting / confirming what's going on when she's reading you wrong throws you into a defensive posture / things end up being even less clear, instead of more.
