I didn't know how to add text with the picture... It's watercolor and colored pencils and the reference image it's a new plant I got, with very small flowers. Plants with flowers are definitely my favs

I finally got back to my dish towel fabric painting using stencils practice. Painters tape makes a huge difference in helping to not color outside the lines nearly as much, as I did in the flower of life attempt. The torus is a little blotchy in some spots, but oh well - such is life. lol They're meant to be more functional than foofy anyway. I call it a win.

This one kind of looks like a bird—like how falcons wear that helmet

this one turned into a girl wearing a helmet and a mask with a ponytail. Like she’s a competitive skier. My daughter helped me see it. I like that because skiing ⛷ is wrapped up in my trauma narrative. I like to imagine that instead of being a vulnerable child I was a strong competitor racing and winning.

Thank you @Sideways ! Funny question—do you see the dragon sideways? I turned it sideways and saw a goose-dragon flying toward me.
