My grandfather successfully used the police dept to get away with his crimes he also used the medical community to continue his abuse. He was seething with rage @ my "disobedience." My unwillingness to remain silent pissed the old bastard off. After they slit my wrist he took me to a state hospital and the idiots preformed electric shock. I was 8. Trapped in a room with supposed intelligent people trying to fry my brain.

Needless to say I believe intelligence is a factor.
