I have been in therapy for two years and 6 months. The past 6 months I am with a new therapist. I have made leaps and bounds of progress with her. Yesterday I said sexual abuse out loud for the first time ever. It has taken a lot to get to this point but the past two years and not giving up. It made yesterday so worth it!
