Actually, no it isn't. As a website administrator I can actually allow who I want upon this website, by law. Maybe you need to check discrimination laws and such before you make further accusations which are not true and correct by law.

Language is not discrimination, for starters. You can legally allow only English, French, Russian, and so forth upon a website. Discrimination does not extent to those who agree to a legal policy, and then choose to try and throw discrimination as an excuse, also.

Again, you need to learn your law about website rights before you make further stupid statements that will only see you banned from this site, instead of obtaining the help you come to obtain.
