Okay, more deep breaths. I just have to keep reminding myself that this knowledge doesn't really change anything in my life. Yes, it's disgusting and awful, but I am still me. Regardless of whose DNA is in my brain. I'm still me. And I will be me for the rest of my life. And I will continue to learn and grow despite whatever crap has invaded my brain. Just like always.
