Sufferer Bipolar Disorder And Ptsd

I have had bipolar disorder since I was two years old and just recently was told I also have PTSD. I was abused as a child and have been rapped several times. My children were molested by their biological father who no longer has an rights to them. I have been having really bad anxiety attacks lately. I'm on two medications to help with my mood swings and my anxiety. Some days it gets very hard to cope with things. I also have a sleep pill so I can try to sleep. It doesn't always help. I'm here to have others to talk to.
