I'm going to suggest you look into DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). Many of the symptoms you've written about struggling with, plus your trauma being in some developmental years, makes me think you might be wrestling with Borderline Personality Disorder.
Quick intimacy, pattern of feeling needy or clinging, extreme difficulty with boundary issues, and too many diagnoses are a good handful of indicators.
However, it's a very complicated thing to diagnose. You'd really need a qualified person that you've worked with for a bit of time (at least 6 months) to really make a solid determination.
But, DBT is useful for lots of things, not just BPD. It's a great set of tools for managing your thoughts, feelings, and relationships - including boundary setting.
I'm not saying you don't have PTSD, by the way - only that a lot of the symptoms you are describing plus the timing of your trauma, your age, and your gender, all make borderline worth considering.
