Can't Get Any Help

Don't know where to post this so posted it here.

I feel trapped and unable to find any solution to my anxiety. I am unable to see a doctor because I lost my passport and have no proof of ID, I went to a walk-in centre and the doctor there said I sound like I have PTSD yet would have to go contact my GP for councilling or help so unable to seek help on that front. To get a new passport would take a month yet I am struggling almost every day and leaving the house to get the necessary documents is terrifying enough.

I have little luck finding support in friends and family either. My girlfriend is very supportive but I have trouble getting help through her as she lives long distance currently and I don't want to damage our relationship with constant whining and venting. My family are no help at all, I tried explaining my situation to them but they feel I just need to suck things up and move on (if only I could!).

I feel completely trapped: little help from those close to me and no help from the medical area. I cannot live like this much longer and don't know what to do.

Would you be able to call a crisis line? From what I understand, the people answering the hotlines have lists of resources and places that can help. Not having proper identification and needing help sounds like a crisis situation to me. At the very least, it's someone supportive who'll listen and encourage you through everything.
