Do no harm..very important, but did you include yourself? Like so many others who are humbled by fear, as I was, my silent vow included everyone accept myself, and so I proceeded down the worthless path of self destruction for a while, never realising that if you do not protect yourself fist from harm, you can hardly protect others, at least emotionaly--I think. Clint Eastwood line in Million Dollar Baby is so important..."Always protect youself," then do no harm, unless you a boxer and then go kick some ass.
