I know that a lot of folks here also benefit from meditation, which is, I think, something from an E...

Meditation can be anything you make it. You can incorporate Christianity if you want. For example, pick a scripture and reflect on it. Focus. You just meditated. Any spirituality can be incorporated.

I find it helps both with my spiritual journey and a little with anxiety. I have trouble getting in that mindset when I am really anxious.

Look into mindfulness. It's more awareness than anything else. And it can be spiritual if you want.
