A friend wrote to me all discouraged today, he is in pain and is suffering a lot. He said that our motto for the day should be that we would suffer more torment and trouble and I, of course, had to disagree, even though I am in pain too with my Sciatica. I told him that we need to rely upon the Lord's strength and that we cannot do it on our own, but with His strength together, we will hopefully get better (or words to that effect).

Have you encouraged anyone in the Lord today? Try it, it helps you to feel better too, when you do that.
