Some Quotes That Relate to each other:
Psalm 8:6 New Living Translation (NLT)
6 You gave them charge of everything you made,
putting all things under their authority—
And:
Hebrews 2:8 New Living Translation (NLT)
8 You gave them authority over all things.”
Now when it says “all things,” it means nothing is left out. But we have not yet seen all things put under their authority.
And then there is:
Psalm 16:10 New Living Translation (NLT)
10 For you will not leave my soul among the dead
or allow your holy one to rot in the grave.
And then:
Mark 16:6-7 New Living Translation (NLT)
6 but the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body. 7 Now go and tell his disciples, including Peter, that Jesus is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see him there, just as he told you before he died.”
And:

And then:
Matthew 27:46 New Living Translation (NLT)
46 At about three o’clock, Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?”
There are many more of these kinds of related verses between the Old and New Testaments. I shall share more maybe tomorrow.... Keep in mind that the Books of the Old Testament were written some 1500 - 400 years before the time of Christ.
