How resilient are you to these comments. If you have a local women's outreach in the area i would go visit them ASAP. Guy sounds like less than a prize. Have you made a plan to get out if you need to?

I hope you find the strength and clear-mindedness to realize he's wrong and there is a better path for you.
Try to be gentle to yourself, be safe. "Kinda" feel he's right still leaves some doubt - I'll add my vote that he's not right, that you're better and stronger than he says.

If you share a computer, clear your browser history lest he see this thread and realize you are talking to people about him. I'd hate for things to get worse for you when you may see a glimpse of light to make them better.

If you really think he's right, then do HIM a "favor " and get out, but get out.

Hon, most of us have C-PTSD here. Do we deserve to be treated that way? Because if we don't, you don't. Understand?

Can you find a women's outreach program? They will help you see more clearly what you are involved in and how damaging it is.

Today's remark is if he knew I was going to see on my ass with roots growing out of butt he wouldn't have married me.
