Compassion

Having weird dreams about seeking out compassion and people actually extending it to me. Kinda mirrors what is happening in my life right now. People are actually being compassionate with me and it makes me feel like something really bad is going to happen (like abandonment and blindsiding) really soon.

I can't really shake this creepy feeling that I am going to start living hell on earth again.

Has anyone worked on compassion with their T or dealt with compassion and being able to trust it? Honestly, I feel like I am living in the twilight zone right now.

Not super articulate right now, but yes. We've worked on that... on allowing compassion from others without freaking out about it.

lol. Yep. I haven't graduated to the 'love' sessions yet, thank god.
