General Complete Fallout

A big one for you too amethist - It takes me a good two or three days just to get over that "emotionally stripped" feeling after I've stood in the hurricane's face. Yikes.

I have been and done my volunteering today at the carers office, that always puts me back on a level.

Always the ups and downs. On some level we get used to them but yet....not completely. Hugs from me too.

We have had our grandson this weekend and no sign of a fallout at all.

We are even going out for a meal in an hour or so.

You can never tell when it is going to happen.
