Well if the searches were a firm part of your daily routine as well as anxiety management mechanism on its own, makes sense stopping it will throw you off for a while.
Still, even things that do that can be good and healthy. Learning other ways to cope is better.
They were a constant party of my routine from the time I woke up to the time I went to sleep. My issue seems to be that I don't care anymore about anything. I don't really see the point in anything. It scares me but very little.I'd say I'm just fed up but this is different I really just don't care emotionally or anything
I hope so I don't care as in I rather not be here it's just a blah what's the point feeling.I have therapy tomorrow and k kinda just feel like I don't have anything to talk about because I'm so blank and don't really see the point but I don't want my therapist thinking I'm not trying.
That blah feeling, fear of disappointing people / therapy expectations / need to be 'trying enough', not seeing the point in anything... make for excellent therapy topics, each or in combination.
