Welcome to this forum I am pleased youve been brave enough to post your story, I am so glad also youve found a friend who has suffered similarly to you and you managed to tell her you should feel proud. I third the opinion you should definately find a therapist, I found CBT its excellent to tell someone what you're feeling and to discover what youre feeling is normal and youre not going mad....
