Coping with retraumatisation

Feeling awful. Had a horrible incident in work with my new supervisor who discharged there explosive temper on me I over a minor thing. . Had an acute stress reaction over the weekend and been feeling hellish and having self destructive fantasy. I thought I had turned the corner and would never feel like this again

The explosive temper tantrum with your supervisor, says more about them than you. Let it roll off your back, the supervisor has a problem...
