Sufferer CPTSD at 55: How to Manage Lingering Physical Trauma Responses?

I dragged my CPTSD throughout my tumultuous life. I’m 55 now, and I think I processed my traumas over the years, but I experience physical reactions from the different traumas that I don't know how to get rid of. I am hoping to find good advice to help me on my way to complete recovery

By physical reactions, do you mean reactions when you encounter a trauma trigger (for example, a racing heartbeat when something reminds you of your traumatic experience), a long-term physical complaint (for example, fibromyalgia) or something else?
 
Do you have medical issues from your trauma? Or are you speaking of fight flight fear fawn? Activation of amygdala vs use of prefrontal cortex for critical thinking? Triggers ?
