I like reading room.

In the UK there used to be village Reading Rooms, provided by the wealthy to empower the less privileged and enable them to improve their condition. Sounds just the job

What about LitLibrary?

A library of anything literary - articles, poems, etc. Also, the "Literature" reference would point to the contents being not open for editing or comment/discussion.

I do like "vault" actually, especially used in a sentence (e.g. "You should put that into the vault."). In my understanding, the vault is where valuable things go and I gather that's what the ??????? will be for?!
