Wisdom I have heard as well & I try (very hard) to hold onto before I get my bulldozer :poop:gear-
*My grandmother use to say, "One person's garbage is another person's treasure."
*My T use to chide me,"Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater."

I often got zealous with tossing out my 'trash'. lol Just a thought, perhaps not a grand one.:clown:

This is a very important point. However, the baby and the bathwater can be in Cleveland, while you are in Dallas, no? There are very few people I have personally just had to cut off, but many that I had to put miles of space between us, so that I am not damaged by their dysfunctional actions. I had a great friend who would keep allowing herself to be abused over and over by men, plus she had birth defects that require really take care of herself, and she wouldn't Always sick, always stressed, and setting a terrible example for her daughter because of the revolving door of men. Sweet as can be, but I had to put big space between us, and this is after I tried to talk to her about this, over and over. What can I say, I was feeling sick around her.

I just can't make accurate judgments with people who have agendas.

Don't go for accurate judgments, that will make you judgmental person. Go for perception. This is just my opinion, if you don't like feel free to discard it. Just thought to share as intention of helping you.
