Have found drinking tons of water, and using 100mg of (pure) niacin (3x/day) very helpful for my med detoxing. Also use an assortment of other supplements, but the niacin (and Emergen-C) are probably the heavy hitters. Niacin produces a distinct flush, some don't like it. I do. The stuff will kill a jagged coffee buzz cold; niacin normalizes the nervous system. And it's cheap.
