Hey guys,
I was wondering if you had any thoughts or advice or techniques on this:
I have an experience all the time, which varies in intensity but never goes away. It is a mixture of feeling like I have a visor infront of my face, or my head in a helmet, or being somewhere present slightly above myself, or my vision clouded with loads of dancing lights or shapes. It leaves me feeling either very or slightly disconnected to the world, to where I am, to people. I've felt it in this physical and permanent form for at least two years.
I'm looking to try and reduce or soothe it (and myself). I record every day on a scale I made of how severe it is, and it seems to point to how I feel about my environment or others.
Any thoughts welcome.
