I am curious, I dissociate to the point where I think I'm a child again, like a 5 year old, and I don't remember anything other than what happened when I was a child. I don't have another name and I don't have episodes where I have a separate life, it just happens after flashbacks. Anyone else do this?

Yeah a bit during/before I 'wake up' from a flashback, I'm the same age I was when it happened, if that's what you're talking about.
I'm worried about getting to school (I'm 26) and haven't known the people around me, and I'm not using the name for myself I use now.
But I'm generally okay once I'm grounded again.
I have CPTSD, and dissociation but not DID.
I dunno if that helps.

I'd like to ask you another question. Do you remember these experiences? I do not. My therapist tells me about it and I have missing time.

Sure, ask all the questions you like :)
The answer is - sometimes, not always, and certainly not when they were new experiences, it's kind of developed over time.
Flashbacks I usually "remember" immediately after because my body is freaking out.
I still get missing time, though.
