I still really struggle with all this, but I have signficantly improved all three areas.

I'm not able to do that test. Haven't been for years I kept trying.

First because scales with just points don't tend to work for me, I need something more tangible behind those numbers / some sort of a descriptor, secondly because I always switch/blend mid trying to do it & layered memory again stays at messy layered. Which is not something that scale aims at.

@Ronin I can totally relate to that. I have tried to take the test before and been unable for similar reasons.

Today I could take the test and got a 63. Depending on ...when/who in me took this test, I'm sure my score would change. Also, we've been working at co-consciousness for years.

I....that the results are very dependent on who 'in the system (DID)' takes the test. Whether that 'part' is in denial or not. It also mentions that if someone is DID that the results may vary - depending on who is 'out' at the time.

Exactly this. If I had taken this before knowing/accepting I had DID my score may have been lower. I was unaware and denied that I had missing memories or lost time. A friend who also has DID talks about "stitching". You just stitch together the memory so it doesn't seem like there's a gap.
