I posted the second link already but it was deleted because it apparently had no link substantiating it. Maybe I forgot to add the link. Sorry if that is the case- PTSD brain what can I say.

Many people with PTSD are interested in the epigenetics of what is going on with them many have had their DNA tested. The link below is to the Ancestry.com agreement for use and the second link is to a warning about what rights you are giving away regarding your sample/DNA- you can cross reference the warning with the agreement to verify that this is a factual warning.

I've had my DNA done by Ancestry and another similar service. I read the terms of service for both and found nothing alarming in either.

I imagine most people would be most concerned by the possibility that an employer or insurer could use DNA to discriminate based on a genetic tendency towards a particular disease/disorder. That risk will vary greatly from country to country. Some countries already have laws in place that prohibit employers and insurers from using your genetic markers against you. Luckily I live in one of those.
