I shake externally when I'm about to have an anxiety attack, usually only caused by a trigger or flashback. I shake internally first, so persay I can feel my heart start to beat faster, a little out of rhythm and harder so much so that I can feel my heart beating and pumping throughout my body. The internal shaking happens first, and then the external shaking adds on to it a little later if the trigger doesn't go away or I don't calm down after encountering a trigger.
I have PTSD.
