For a business venture I am trying to learn about EMDR. I want to know what the stick is like and can a cell phone duplicate or emulate its vibration

Theoretically, a cell phone could duplicate the vibration; however, it's bi-lateral, so I think you'd need two cell phones, one for each hand.

How would you get them to vibrate alternating and in sync?

EMDR is a therapeutic procedure so unless you're thinking about getting official training, I think I'd let it go.

It has similar principals as emdr to calm someone down during a flashabck or panic attack

I don't think you understand EMDR. I mean EMDR isn't used to calm someone down. Am I missing something?

I checked out the website neurolateral.com and found that interesting. Apparently one can make their own therapeutic treatment options with software.

Not sure if that is an option for, just found it interesting.

Do you even understand what EMDR is? It's not a "spot treatment" therapy.
You could seriously damage yourself/others trying to create an app to do this.

There is already bilateral apps, anxiety apps (i have one) and low rated EMDR apps.

There are also DBT apps, CBT apps, and others.

Not sure what you are looking to achieve.
