@scout86 accommodations that I was seeking include flexible scheduling, the ability to work from from at times (I live less than a mile from the office so if an emergency meeting came up that I HAD to attend I could), clearly delineated job responsibilities in writing rather than my current moving target every day oh and if it isn't too much to ask no frivolous unfounded criminal complaints filed by member of the board of directors intended to slander and intimidate and a little bit of respect that I am a human being.
ETA: I say was seeking because due to the in his words Toxic Environment of the work place my doctor will not release me from disability to return to this employer. It is not that I can't do the job he just believes in my current state my ability to function would become greatly impaired again within a couple months due to the work environment (based upon meeting videos, print and TV news articles and investigations and meeting minutes).
