Panic Attack In Front Of Colleagues - Employer Not Meeting Accommodations

So my employer failed to meet four of my accommodations within a seven day period, resulting in a panic attack for me in front of my colleagues. What would you do?
 
My employer knows about my accommodations, as we have engaged in the interactive process. But the fact of the matter is, they did not acknowledge several of them in a weeks timeframe and when confronted by HR, I had a panic attack.
 
Are the accommodations major or minor?

If the accommodations are major like building changes and stuff that might take longer. If it's not cost effective you might not get it. I would see about meeting with you, HR and the boss to follow up and find out what is happening. JMO
 
Didn’t you file a harassment claim? I think that might be a factor here. Not saying it’s okay, just saying it is. Have you considered filing for FMLA while you await the results of your harassment claim?
