hi Everyone,

Name is Scott, was deployed from May-Sep, 2011 stationed in Kandahar, Afghanistan, with 1297th CSSB. Have had PTSD ever since getting blown up.
Don't mean to offend or trigger anyone.

Thank you, Ba. I've been going to PTSD group almost every Wednesday at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Great group of people, but I hope that I can be more open on this forum. Thanks for the support.

Don't worry about offending or triggering anybody it's abound to happen regarding things talked about on here at some point.
You can trigger someone just by telling your story so it is what it is.

Scott, they tried to put me in one of them groups. I didnt go as it was a mixed one, soldiers amongst cops and firefighters. All due respect to the cops but they make me nervous. I did some stupid shit which is better to be forgotten. Let alone speak them out in the presence of the police.

Still I would like to know, does this help you? I tend to break when things are stirred up, I hate it when that happens. I would feel very uneasy doing this with strangers, face to face. You seem to feel this also?
