since I stay currently at an emergency shelter I have a 9:00 curfew. Meaning that's when the lights go out. it's really frustrating when everyone is able to fall asleep within 45 mins and I'm laying there for hours. then when I do fall asleep I always wake up too early. I trouble falling asleep as a kid as well. I eventually outgrew that thankfully but now it's back. since I'm not yet in therapy or on meds, are there any "home remedies" that I could try?
