Spend far too much time on my own, hate it.

what are you doing about it?
Yes I'm volunteering and attending a recovery clinic.Have you tried just being around people for one more minute longer than you did the day before?
I'm giving it everything I've got. Everything just seems so bleak right now. That is a step. Just keep going, that is the best you can do right now.
I understand how your husband feels. My hobbies are home based. I'm autistic and have dyspraxia so that causes anxiety. I've never really thought of anything new to try.My combat veteran hubby isn't a fan of socializing. But he knows he has to get out into the world because it is too easy to become isolated.
I drag him out on the weekends. He doesn't always want to go but always thanks me for getting him out of the house. Sometimes it's just a drive along the water with a stop for a meal. Tomorrow we are meeting a few friends for some live music.
He only has a few friends and his twin brother. He likes to play pool and joined a league through the winter. And in the summer he's on a horse shoe league. I'm impressed he does these things because he looooves to isolate.
Do you have any hobbies? Or something new you want to try?
