UPDATE: Arthur has gone back to being an absolute dream!
All we've done is leave him outside a little more, get him back into his pre-maternity leave schedule (more time in his crate), and get him another treat puzzle ball.
His skin infection is gone and his ear infection is well on the road to repair. He's not going in the kitchen any more even though we haven't moved the cat food.
We're still going to look into training sessions for his pulling habits when walking him, and a dishwasher, but that's had to go on the backburner for the moment.
My meds are beginning to kick in properly - my god it feels like its taking forever. I've been having more sessions with my T as well.
Ultimately though, my biggest happiness came from my husband arranging for my mum to babysit the baby and the dog and he took me out for dinner. He had written a lovely letter telling me how I am an amazing mum and that he's proud of me (which made me cry in the restaurant), and had arranged my favourite dessert.
