I read online that researchers were surprised to find that there is an actual physical change within a few hrs of first dose. They studied ppl who had never taken it, did brain scans b4 and after. Look it up. So do what you want w that info. Personally I think its very possible to have a relief from the decision to get better. Its also possible your brain needed that change so badly that the first dose is felt. If only a placebo could have a change in the brain scans within a few hrs. Much cheaper.
